Refund & Cancellation Policy

No retention mazes. Here is exactly how trials, cancellation, refunds, and failed payments work.
1. The 14-day free trial
Every new account gets 14 days of the full product with no payment method required. If you do not subscribe, the trial simply ends — you are never charged, and your data stays exportable.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- Cancel anytime from billing settings — one click, no email required, no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for (month or year).
- After your period ends, your account becomes read-only for export. Data is deleted within 90 days of account deletion, per our Privacy Policy.
3. Refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Polar, our merchant of record, and refunds are handled under Polar's merchant-of-record refund policy. In practice: if you believe you were charged in error — for example, a renewal right after you intended to cancel — write to support@studioflow.1labs.app within 14 days of the charge and we will review it with Polar in good faith. Statutory refund rights in your country (including EU consumer rights, where applicable) are not affected by this policy.
4. Failed payments
- If a renewal charge fails, we retry and email you immediately.
- You get a 3-day grace period to update your payment method before access pauses.
- A paused account is never deleted for non-payment — your data waits, read-only, and reactivates the moment billing succeeds.
5. Annual plans
Annual plans renew yearly and can be cancelled the same way — access runs to the end of the paid year. We do not pro-rate partially used annual periods except where required by law or agreed through support.
