Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date:
StudioFlow exists so photographers can run their businesses. This policy draws the lines that keep the platform safe for photographers, their clients, and the people in their photographs. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. No unlawful content or activity
- Do not use StudioFlow to store, deliver, or transmit content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, including CSAM (which we report to authorities), content that violates a person's privacy or publicity rights, or content obtained unlawfully.
- Do not use the service to facilitate fraud, harassment, or any unlawful scheme.
2. No spam through inquiry auto-replies or email features
- Auto-replies, proposals, invoices, and gallery notifications must go only to people who contacted you or have a genuine business relationship with you.
- Do not import purchased lists, send unsolicited bulk email, or use StudioFlow's sending infrastructure for marketing blasts unrelated to a client relationship.
- We monitor bounce and complaint rates; accounts that damage sending reputation for everyone else may have email features limited or suspended.
3. No infringing imagery
- Upload only photographs and materials you created or have the rights to use and deliver.
- Respect your subjects: obtain the releases and consents your jurisdiction and your contracts require, especially for images of minors.
- We respond to valid takedown notices; repeat infringers will lose their accounts.
4. No abuse of the platform
- No attempts to breach, probe, or overload our systems; no scraping other studios' data; no reverse engineering beyond what law permits.
- No sharing one seat among multiple people, and no reselling the service.
- No impersonating another studio or person, and no misrepresenting your identity to clients through the platform.
5. Enforcement
Violations may lead to content removal, feature limits, suspension, or termination — proportionate to the harm, with notice and a chance to respond where practicable. We act immediately and without notice where required by law or to protect people.
6. Reporting
To report abuse or infringing content, email support@studioflow.1labs.app with links and details. We review every report.
Draft — pending legal review.
